The EF 2800U external filter is equipped with a UV lamp.

The EF 2800U series filter was created for optimal aquarium filtration in combination with mechanical and biological elements.
The filter is adaptable to other filter components and can be used by both advanced and novice aquarists.
The motor is hermetically sealed and filled with epoxy and therefore requires no further maintenance.
The filter is functional even in a closed space. The filter creates an excellent surface agitation and thereby oxygenates the water.

Replacing the UV lamp:
A) Open the lid and remove the central tube through which the water flows.
B) Carefully remove the glass tube.
C) Remove the inserted UV lamp tube, then remove the bezel. Replace the UV lamp, attach the sleeve, put in the glass tube and put back.
