Warranty policy
◘ We provide a limited warranty service on electrical appliances for period of 24 months after purchase.
◘ The warranty service is performed only on products delivered by the customer to Tommi CZ headquarters no later than 30 months from the invoice issuance date.
◘ Tommi CZ s.r.o. cannot bear the extra transport costs - the return of the product back to the customer is realized with next delivery/shipping.
◘ We charge minimum post-warranty service fee of 10 EUR/ product.
◘ In case that the repair costs estimation exceeds the minimum service fee, the customer is informed in advance.
◘ The replacement is approved only in case that the product is still available in the assortment. The exchange for a current model is also possible if the customer agrees.
◘ If the warranty service or refund is not approved, the customer is responsible to organize and pay for the return transportation.
